Accommodated Testing - Faculty Information

I have a student that needs testing accomodations, what do I do now?

The student should provide you with an Accomodated Exam Proctoring Form that they receive from Disability Support Services. The student should have already filled in the top section, all you need to do is fill in the middle section where it says "This section to be completed by the instructor."

I have completed all of the required information, how do I get the exam to the appropriate location?

Once you and the student have provided all information required, you can bring the exam to Wilson Hall room 225, scan and email it to testing@uah.edu, or fax it to ext. 6860.

Can I schedule an appointment for the student?

No. It is the student's responsibility to contact Testing Services to schedule an appointment.
