Required Documentation
Students requesting accommodations from UAH must submit CURRENT documentation of their disability. DSS provides detailed standards for documentation of disabilities. These standards correspond with federal guidelines and are based on the Association on Higher Education and Disability (AHEAD) and Educational Testing Service (ETS) guidelines. Documentation costs are the responsibility of the student. DSS can provide appropriate professional referrals.
