Dock Party, Fall 1998

On September 5, 1998, the Society held its annual Fall dock party at the castle of Dr. Richard Gerberding, faculty advisor of the Society. The event was hosted by Events Coordinator Brian Kleeman, who unfortunately forgot to bring a camera so that pictures could be shown on the website. (In the words of Homer Simpson, "DOH!!!")

Although turnout was light due to the holiday weekend, party-goers who did come were treated to a wonderful BBQ, as well as being able to enjoy the cool waters of the Elk River, situated conveniently behind the Gerberding castle. Dr. Gerberding also gave boat rides to those willing to venture out in his boat, allowing the younger party-goers to drive around the area.
