2. If you choose to fill this request form, DO NOT contact any other organizations on campus for airport pickup.
3. Please mention only the flight number whose destination is Huntsville in the "Flight Number" text box.
4. Each student wishing to avail this service must fill a form.
5. Please allow reasonable time for us to send you a confirmation e-mail with the contact details of airport pickup personnel and address of temporary accommodation.
