Fairmont State University

Fairmont State University is located in Fairmount, West Virginia.  They have proudly represented the Virginias Conference thirteen times at the national level (2004, 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, and 2016).

The team's highest overall finish to date was twelfth in 2005, 2015, and 2016.  Their other best finishes were 10th in the Design Paper (2011), 4th in the Technical Presentation (2005), 4th in the Final Product (2015), 5th in the Men's Sprint (2005), and 9th in the Women's Sprint (2016).

Fairmont holds the record for the most current consecutive national appearances (Clemson and Madison are tied for the most consecutive national appearances at fourteen).
