It covers the states of Alabama, Tennessee, Georgia, and Florida, as well as the commonwealth of Puerto Rico. There are 27 schools that have ASCE student chapters and/or clubs in this region and students from at least twenty of these organizations compete in eleven events each year at the Southeast Conference. Our representatives are tie with the Mid-Pacific in winning more national titles (6) than those from any other conference in the country. Our contingent includes the following schools:
University Auburn University
Christian Brothers University
The next Southeast Conference will be held on March 22-24, 2012 at The FAMU-FSU College of Engineering located in Tallahassee, Florida.
Typical expenditures required to host the regional competition exceed $50k. Potential sponsors are encouraged to contact the conference chairs or FAMU-FSU.
By supporting the schools in the Southeast, you will help make this event a huge success.
