About Thoroughbred The name Thoroughbred
was chosen for this year's canoe because not only
is it the product of several years of extensive
research and design, but it is also a combination
of past results and new concepts. Our careful
selection of desirable design characteristics
from its predecessors and the drive to breed the
structural response of STARS technology with a
new stiffer and heavier mix, makes Thoroughbred
the fastest and most technologically advanced
concrete canoe in the world.
