Presentation:
The
University
at
Buffalo represented the Upstate New York Conference and made their fifth national appearance.
Buffalo
relied on 2 men to make their presentation.
The presenters were dressed in formal attire.
The team used 1 screen and did not include any videos.
After giving a brief introduction, the team contrasted this
year’s effort with last year’s. They
explained that they had a very strong turnout and had a home court advantage at
the conference level. The team
focused on green technology and mentioned that their display was created out of
100% recycled materials.
The team elaborated on their leadership and management and showed their
organization chart. They explained that they had been able to achieve seamless
transitions but elaborated on problems associated with scheduling due to an ABET
evaluation.
The team explained that they did not have to make many
modifications to year’s mix thereby enabling them to focus on other aspects of
the competition. They explained how
they constructed their form and canoe, and elaborated on the reinforcement
scheme and placement process.
After thanking the audience, the team brought their
presentation to conclusion.
