Failure to Comply

1. Failure to comply with directions of University officials or law enforcement officers acting in performance of their duties and/or failure to identify oneself to these persons when requested to doThis includes, but is not limited to, failure to evacuate a building, failure to seek shelter, or failure to allow access into a University building or room when directed by a University official.
