SGA Presidential Candidate: Nandish Dayal
When you have a family and loved ones, you want the absolute best for them! There isn't a thing that you would not do to help them. You place their priorities above yours. You are there for them in times of need and you are there to celebrate their truimphs. UAH is my home and the students that I have had the amazing privilege of serving this past year are my family. This year we have worked as a team to make significant visible improvements to student life. From little things like microwaves to heat meals in buildings to fighting for your right to an affordable college education, I have worked everyday to put the interests of my UAH family first. I am proud to run for reelection and continue our partnership once again as your servant leader, your advocate and your voice! It is a pleasure to serve you!
SGA Vice Presidential Candidate: Taylor Bono
I am running for SGA Vice President seat because student representation is something that I learned I have a passion for. In the past year, I've worked in SGA as a College of Science Senator and I've tried to be active in listening to students and working with them to improve campus. I hope that once in office, students will be able to approach SGA with concerns and comments. SGA was made to represent students and this is exactly what we plan to do through the work of our SGA team. While in office, I will do what I've said above and I hope that SGA will become more prominent on campus through the interactions with students, faculty, staff, and student organizations!
