Lead

UAH's Lead Leadership Program provides seniors with the opportunity to conclude their journey in leadership development on campus.  Students will network with alumni, explore leadership opportunities within their field and community, and prepare for life after college.  Lead will also allow these students to gain perspectives on how to be successful leaders as young professionals.

Criteria:

Lead is designed to inform and increase the skills of selected participants through interaction with campus administration and faculty, consultants in the leadership field, and with fellow participants throughout the Fall semester. Application does not guarantee selection. We will accept up to 20 participants for the program. Program member selection is based on the following criteria:

• Class Standing:  Senior
• Minimum GPA:  2.5
• High standards of personal integrity
• Demonstrated campus involvement
• Record of school and personal achievements
• Commitment of necessary time and effort to complete the program
• Representation from a cross-section of the campus population
