High school and middle school students from across North Alabama take up the challenge of exercising their brains at the annual North Alabama regional Science Olympiad at The University of Alabama in Huntsville. Working in teams, young people face more than two dozen thought provoking (and brain bending) activities. They will call on scientific knowledge, deduction and analysis to (among other things) launch rockets, play robot billiards and save innocent eggs from being squashed.
