Our faculty actively investigate a stunning array of interests, from climate change to extremophiles to theoretical physics.  The College of Science Departments receive hundreds of research grants each year, are we are affiliated with such research centers as the Center for Space Plasma and Aeronomic Research, Earth Systems Science Center, Information Technology Systems Center, the Institute for Science Education, and the Laboratory for  Structural Biology.
