Abstract

Two classes of parabolic problems with nonstandard auxiliary conditions are considered with the goal of obtaining a priori bounds from which the uniqueness and continuous dependence on the data may be inferred. The motivation to study these kinds of problems comes from earlier attempts to stabilize ill-posed parabolic problems.
