Mr. Terry Abbott Principal Research Scientist IV, Rotorcraft Systems Engineering & Simulation Center (RSESC) Biography Mr. Abbott is an electrical engineer with over 39 years experience in engineering and engineering management. He has served in various engineering positions in his career with the University of Alabama in Huntsville (RSESC), Siemens Automotive Group, Chrysler Corporation, CARE Monitoring Systems, General Telephone and Electronics, and Reliance Electric. In his engineering capacities, he has worked as an electronics product designer, a designer of high volume production test equipment and in engineering management. Mr. Abbott holds a Master of Business Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor in Electrical Engineering Degree from Cleveland State University in Cleveland, Ohio. Mr. Abbott’s primary engineering focus is analog and digital circuit design and is proficient in the use of Altium schematic capture and printed circuit board layout tools. Mr. Abbott is a member of the American Helicopter Society.
