Office of Technology Commercialization

The University researcher, using State or Federal funds in his/her research effort, has an obligation to disclose any new technology, invention, or discovery which might arise from that research. The following materials have been organized to provide information which will be helpful in that process. The reporting of new technology is in the researcher's best interest, not only to comply with contractual requirements, but as a personal incentive as well. If you have questions concerning procedure or other intellectual property matter, please contact Steve Parker, Contract Specialist, in the Office of Sponsored Programs (824-2654 or Steve.Parker@uah.edu).

To save a copy of a file on your computer, click on the link with your right mouse button (in Windows) or click and hold the mouse button (on a Macintosh). Choose "Save Link As..." and select a directory to save the file in. Macintosh users should select "Source" as the Format type. Then open the file as you normally would.
