This second session takes a close analysis of best practices and techniques for dealing with the changes in the set up of a project. These changes encompass modifications to the owning org of the project, changes to the actual revenue formula, and movement of the formula from one level to another. Incorrect protocols lead to irreconcilable differences. This is an instructor-led class held at a state-of-the-art learning facility.
