During this instructor-led class, we focus on the setup of the four primary allocation mechanisms within Costpoint including the cost pool, service center, project multi-job allocation, and the project transfer. Focus is given to differentiating between these allocation mechanisms, defining the theory underlying their setup, and recommendations for best setup practices. The one-day workshop features exercises that require complete setup and processing. Emphasis is placed on more complex allocation mechanisms including multiple tiered allocations. This is an instructor-led class held at a state-of-the-art learning facility.
