Demonstrate a systematic grasp of the strategic and operational challenges of transforming an organization's information technology investment into true organizational capability. A high-level study of the entire ITIL version 3 Service Lifecycle Model and the Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) discipline will be explored. The course follows the official Office of Government Commerce (OGC) guidelines and makes the student eligible to take the Exam Institute for Information Science (EXIN) Foundation examination, a 90 minute exam, offered on the final day of the course. Immediate status of certification is provided with a successful score.
The ITIL Foundation Certificate is recognized by the Project Management Institute for 21 PDUs and for 21 CPE Credits by other professional organizations such as the Information System Audit & Control Association (ISACA).
