Provides students a continuation of the understanding and practice of Hatha Yoga. Continue to explore the "union" of yoga which refers to techniques that work toward balancing the body, mind, and spirit to create wholeness and health. Yoga tones muscles and relaxes the body. This course will further your study of the postures of Hatha Yoga, which focuses primarily on postures, concentration, and breath control.
