International students will move in prior to the Orientation program please contact the ISSO office for more details.
First Year Students
You and your parents or family members will stay in separate residence halls during the two-day, one night program. You will be assigned suitemates for the night, so you can start meeting your classmates. Suites have four single bedrooms, two baths and share a common living area.
Campus housing accommodations for Orientation are completely furnished. Towels, bed linens, soap, and a pillow are provided. The rooms are air conditioned, so you might want to bring an extra blanket. Please remember to bring any personal toiletry items such as a hair dryer, alarm clock, make-up, lotion, etc.
For parents who wish to stay off-campus during the orientation program or for transfer students who may need overnight accommodations during their one-day program, below is a list of hotels near the university.
