Part II. TRANSITIONS ORIENTATION PROGRAM
While every effort will be made to accommodate all students, please mark your choice.
	Session 1 July 8, Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Session 2 August 5, Tuesday, 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.

Part III. COST
The non-refundable fee will automatically be added to each new student's tuition bill		$30.00
