Parent ProgramThe COMPASS Orientation program for parents is held concurrently with the new student program. Some of the activities and sessions include parents and students together. Others are for parents only, to address parents' needs and concerns.Parents will have an opportunity to meet with the Academic Dean of their student's major area of study, as well as have the opportunity to interact informally with members of the faculty and administration. Parents will also be able to converse with other parents who may share similar concerns and thoughts about having a son or daughter enter the Univeristy. The parent Orientation program acquaints family members with UAH and its resources. Also, it provides an opportunity for you to ask questions of COMPASS Orientation leaders.
