Banner (Self-Service) Password Reset

Detailed instructions for setting up your password and security questions on Self-Service Banner.

If you know your password...

  1. Visit Banner.
  2. Click Enter Secure Area.
  3. Sign in with your Banner ID (include capital A) and PIN.
  4. Click Personal Information.
  5. Click Change Your PIN.
  6. Enter your current PIN.
  7. Enter a new PIN; reenter the PIN.
  8. Click Change PIN.
NOTE: If you want to reset your PIN to the default PIN, click Reset.

If you forgot your password...

  1. Visit Banner.
  2. Click Enter Secure Area.
  3. Enter Banner ID (include capital A) and click Forgot PIN? button.
  4. Answer the security questions to set a new PIN.
