Banner (Self-Service) Password Reset
Detailed instructions for setting up your password and security questions on Self-Service Banner.
If you know your password...
- Visit Banner.
- Click Enter Secure Area.
- Sign in with your Banner ID (include capital A) and PIN.
- Click Personal Information.
- Click Change Your PIN.
- Enter your current PIN.
- Enter a new PIN; reenter the PIN.
- Click Change PIN.
NOTE: If you want to reset your PIN to the default PIN, click Reset.
If you forgot your password...
- Visit Banner.
- Click Enter Secure Area.
- Enter Banner ID (include capital A) and click Forgot PIN? button.
- Answer the security questions to set a new PIN.
