Banner (Self-Service) Password Reset

If you know your password...

  1. Visit Banner.
  2. Click "Enter Secure Area."
  3. Sign in with your Charger ID and password.

If you forgot your password...

  1. Visit the OIT User Services Portal.
  2. Enter your A-Number and PIN at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Select "Reset my Charger password."
  4. Your password will be reset to a random value - WRITE THIS DOWN.
  5. You may now use the random value to log into the OIT User Services Portal and personalize your password. See the complete instructions describing how to update your Charger password.
  6. Go back to Banner.
  7. Click "Enter Secure Area."
  8. Log in with your Charger ID and password.
