Meeting and Event Support - AV Services

Overview	Technical support for meetings and events that require the use of classroom AV including notebook computer display, presentation software support, audio/visual services, and recording services.
Available To	Faculty, Researchers, Staff, and Departments

Requirements	Requisitions must be received at least 7 business days in advance of the date of the event. Late requests will be accommodated based on staff and equipment availability. A brief description of the meeting requirements, e.g. Internet access (wireless, Ethernet, guest login for wireless), PowerPoint, video projection, recording, or desktop conferencing.
Cost	No charge at this time. However, if a consultation determines an outsourced solution is the best fit for your event, there could be associated charges to the service provider.
Getting Started	After you have reserved the room/location for the meeting/event, please contact the building support contact for the reserved location (see attached list). This individual can advise the current room set-up. To request support from Academic Technologies for set-up or on-call staff, please contact the OIT Help Desk and provide the date, time, and location with an approximate number of attendees as well as any technical requirements. Requisitions must be received at least 7 business days in advance of the date of the event. Late requests will be accommodated based on staff and equipment availability. If you would like consultation for special set-ups or requirements, please contact the OIT Help Desk with your request.
