Getting Started with Banner

System Access

In order to use the administrative computing systems at UAH, you must have an authorized account. You may request an account by contacting your department head.

Software

• Log into Internet Native Banner (INB) Production System 
• Log into Self-Service Banner (SSB) Production System 
• Log into Internet Native Banner (INB) Test System 
• Log into Self-Service Banner (SSB) Test System

Password Info

Your Native Banner password should have been given to you when your account was created. If you need your password reset, please follow these instructions to reset it using Self-Service Banner. Or, you may come in person to the Office of Information Technology and present a picture ID to:
