The UAH Wind Ensemble, conducted by Dr. C. David Ragsdale, is the university's premiere wind band specializing in music written for winds and percussion. The ensemble's repertoire ranges from traditional band classics to ultra-modern works by living composers. The UAH Wind Ensemble rehearses in Roberts Recital Hall on Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3:55 until 5:15 PM and performs twice per semester for the university community and for various other events throughout the year. The UAH Pep Band represents the athletic arm of the UAH Band Department. This high-spirited organization performs at UAH Charger Hockey and Basketball games and various other events across campus and throughout the Charger community. The UAH Pep Band rehearses throughout the semester on Sunday evenings in Roberts Recital Hall. The band is currently seeking members.
