Musicstar Music School is one of four software components in the Musicstar Music System. Also included in the package are a 37-key miniature MIDI keyboard controller and a MIDI cable to connect to a PC joystick port. The other three software components are reviewed separately. This program presents general music appreciation to elementary and middle school students. The three sections included are Understanding Music, Great Composers, and Musical Instruments. Understanding Music covers ten topics; Great Composers presents the lives and music of five composers; Musical Instruments explores 48 different instruments.
