MiBAC Music Lessons is designed for high school and college students, with music theory and ear training drills that include note names, intervals, circle of fifths, major and minor scales, jazz scales, modes, and rhythmic values. The Intervals drill shows an interval on the staff, plays it, then asks the student to identify it. The Intervals Ear Training drill plays the interval, asks the student to identify it, then shows it on the staff. Students use the computer keyboard, a MIDI keyboard, or the computer mouse to interact with the program. When using a mouse, the student clicks on an image of a music keyboard, providing a visual introduction to keyboard layout. MiBAC Music Lessons has extensive record keeping ability, without using passwords.
