Menlo the Frog is another example of a general music appreciation program for preschool and early elementary school children. In this interactive cartoon, two frogs embark on an adventure to try to retrieve a key necessary to keep the Melody Man making music. In the course of this adventure the student has the opportunity to play musical games that develop skills such as high and low tone recognition or beat-tapping.
