Composer Quest, an early example of music Game software teaching music history and appreciation, is designed for high school and college students with an interest in classical music. In the game portion of the program, the student is given an assignment: listen to a piece of music, then travel back in time to find the composer and record the music into your "Digital Gizmotron." Clues are given along the way, until the student finally selects the correct composer and piece of music.
