Designed for elementary and middle school students, Chuck Jones' Peter and the Wolf is an animated version of Sergei Prokofiev's music, with animation by Chuck Jones and voices by Kirstie Alley and Lloyd Bridges. In addition to the animated story, the program includes an introduction to the instruments of the orchestra, biographies of Prokofiev and Jones, and a game in which the student helps Peter cross a river. Unfortunately, no musical knowledge is required in the game.
