Graduate School Fair
MGSA served as the recruiters for the University of Alabama in Huntsville at the AGEP/ALSAMP annual graduate school fair. They operated a booth in the Great Hall and talked to hundreds of minority students from Alabama, Mississippi, and North Carolina about why they should choose the University of Alabama in Huntsville for their graduate studies.

Professional Enhancement Seminars
MGSA has presented seminars on topics geared toward undergraduates such as "Funding your Graduate Education", "Resume Writing", "The Graduate School Experience".

Cultural Awareness Seminars
Each year during Black History Month and Women's History Month, MGSA gives a seminar recognizing outstanding minorities in the Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) fields.
