Request Remote Access Assistance


Use this form to request assistance regarding accessing library resources remotely. Before filling out this form, keep in mind that the UAH Library's proxy server does not work well with the following:
  • Firewalls--must have ports 2048-2748 open--or if personal firewall, try turning it off temporarily
  • Third-Party Internet Security Software--such as McAfee Privacy Service or Norton Internet Security--needs to be turned off
  • Web Acelerators (used in dial-up access)--such as NetZero HiSpeed--needs to be turned off.
