Web of Science and Compustat Collections now available!
The Library is pleased to announce that the complete Web of Science database from Thomson Scientific, perhaps the most frequently requested database by UAH faculty ever, is now available. This database is the online version of Science Citation Index, Social Science Citation Index, and Arts & Humanities Citation Index. It is an invaluable tool for citation searching (following research through the years) and determining who is citing your work. Access Web of Science now!
Through an agreement between the College of Administrative Science and the Library, we are now able to offer Standard & Poor's Compustat database. This resource provides the annual and quarterly income statement, balance sheet, statement of cash flows, and supplemental data items on most publicly held companies in the U.S. and Canada. The standardization and versatility offered by Compustat allows UAH faculty to conduct research and implement class assignments that before were not possible.
The Compustat CD-Rom is pre-loaded on all stand-up and word-processing PCs in the InfoArcade. For more information about this resource, please contact the Business Librarian.
