Salmon Library Street Fair

On the Greenway outside the library and inside.

The M. Louis Salmon Library wants to welcome everyone to join us for a "street fair" to celebrate the new year. Have fun, eat food, and participate in fun activities along with informative ones to teach you about the library. There is a wide variety of events, so hopefully there is something for everyone. Events include:

  • Old Time Photo Booth
  • Hot dogs + Hamburgers
  • Roller Coaster (library tours)
  • Pedestal Jousting
  • Live Music (performed by UAH Student Jose Ortega)
  • Bean Bag Toss
  • Sidewalk Chalk
  • Graffiti Wall
  • Cotton Candy Machine
  • Popcorn Machine

There will also be a series of information booths where you can learn about other departments. Current planned booths include:

  • Baptist Campus Ministries
  • The Ready Entertainment Group
  • PRISM
  • The Society for Ancient and Medieval Studies
