Prior to her academic career, Dr. O'Brien spent more than 10 years advising Fortune 500 clients on the design of customer interfaces at Deloitte Consulting and Morgan Stanley & Company. From all of these experiences, she has been able to visit all 50 states and 7 continents! Now, she enjoys her free time by playing with her nieces and nephews, hiking, watching old movies, and wine tasting.
