Session Duration: 30 minutes Credits: 1 Laboratory: Dr. Carpenter
What are the characteristics of a good (or bad) web design? In this experiment, you will progress through several website pages. An eye tracker will capture where you focused your attention and for how long. The eye tracker does not touch your eyes in any way. Afterward, you will be asked several questions about the website pages.
You will need to provide your driver's license for age verification.
Special considerations: The eye tracker does NOT work for people who wear eyeglasses, so people who need eyeglasses to see a computer screen are not eligible for this experiment. Contact lenses are ok.
Note: If you have participated in any other Website Usability experiments in this or previous semesters, you cannot participate in this study.
