UAH Music: Smartphone Apps

Smart PhonesThe UAH Department of Music now offers smartphone apps.

These apps will work on any smartphone with a browser that supports HTML5.  This includes any iPhone with iOS 4 or above, most recent Android phones, and some Blackberry and Windows Mobile phones.

Each app includes an MP3 file of a performance by one of our major ensembles, along with news items, pictures, calendar events, and important links to our website.

The recordings are excerpts from the newest departmental CD, Be Heard, to be released June 1, 2011.

These apps were developed using an online tool called Songpier.  Many thanks to Matthias and the rest of the Songpier team for their support.
