UAH introduces new course on the sociology of tourism and travel

flint riverThe Flint River Brass will present a concert on November 10, 5:00 p.m., at the Church of the Nativity Episcopal in Huntsville, as part of the Nativity Concert Series.  The quintet includes UAH faculty member Carolyn Sanders and Bruce Zeiger, trumpets; UAH faculty member Dorrie Nutt, horn; Steve Fischer, trombone; and Joel Mason, tuba.  The musicians will be joined by Nativity Choirmaster Suzanne Purtee on the organ as well as UAH student percussionist Justin Swearinger.  A variety of works will be presented by composers ranging from 16th-Century Giovanni Gabrieli to 20th-Century George Gershwin.  There is no admission charge, with donations accepted at the door.
