This website will hopefully serve as a resource and assist you in working with our office.Judicial Affairs is a department in the division of Student Affairs and promotes appropriate conduct among students by administering a disciplinary system that impartially and consistently addresses behaviors that may violate the Code of Student Conduct. It is the mission of Judicial Affairs to help the University handle disciplinary problems in a way that is fair to all parties involved and that requires students to be responsible for their conduct and choices. Every effort will be made to protect the rights of students and inform them of their rights and responsibilities. Students will receive assistance in comprehending University policies, procedures and grievances and will be encouraged to become involved in the process.
