The i.t.solutions department is committed to providing the infrastructure and support to the UAHuntsville community through the following divisions:

Academic Technologies provides AV Support, ANGEL assistance, and manages the Faculty Resource Center.

Customer Relations includes the TAG Help Desk and self-help documentation and support.

Enterprise Development and Application Support manage the Banner system, coordinate ad-hoc data retrival and Argos reporting, and develop applications for campus use.

Information Security ensures that campus is educated and that the infrastructure is properly defended.

IT Infrastructure provides the systems, networks and data center needed to provide IT services.

Library Systems manage the labs and servers available in Salmon Library.

Project Management provides structure around new initiatives in IT.

Web Team manages the delivery of the University website.
