Open Biosystems donates RNA
Brian Pollock, left, and Troy Moore of Open Biosystems discuss the benefits of RNA strands donated to the UAH Biology Department with Dr. Lynn Boyd, Associate Professor of Biological Sciences and Dr. Jack Fix, Dean, College of Science (right) in a research lab in the new Shelby Center for Science and Technology. Dr. Boyd will use the RNA strands to research genetic neurodegenerative diseases. The gift is valued at $7,000.
