While many features will continue to look and feel as they do now, others will change. The new interface is designed to be more responsive and should require fewer clicks for basic navigation. Additionally, the interface has been designed to be more usable for those on mobile devices and those requiring screen readers. The two main components of the new user interface will be the Dashboard and the Global Navigation Menu. August 8» UAH to open Early Learning CenterThe UAH Early Learning Center (ELC) will officially open on campus Wednesday, Aug. 17. The ELC is now accepting applications for enrollment. The early childhood education program will serve all learners from age nine months to school entry. The hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Before-School Care is offered from 7 a.m. to 8 a.m., and After-School Care is offered from 2:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. The location is the site of University Place School at 4503 University Drive. The University Preschool Learning Center will no longer operate on the UAH campus as of Monday, Aug. 1, 2016.
