The review process consists of an evaluation of the performance of each employee in accordance with the following procedure:
1. An initial counseling session, which includes the review and completion of the top half of a probationary/orientation appraisal form, will be held with each employee prior to or at the end of the first three months of employment.
2. A follow-up counseling session, which includes the review and completion of the bottom half of the probationary/orientation appraisal form, will be held prior to or at the end of the orientation period.
3. After both the initial counseling session and follow-up counseling session have been conducted, please return the original completed form to Human Resources, 102 Shelbie King Hall.
