In this announcement you will find information about: Shakespeare Performance TicketsHonors Housing - Exciting Changes!Bowling Night!Honors Hot TopicAlabama Collegiate Honors Council Conference Honors Advisement Bowling Night! This Friday night is BOWLING NIGHT! This is a great way to meet and hang out with new Honors students and hang out! Even if you cannot make it, encourage your friends who are in the Honors Program to attend! We will be bowling at AMF Lanes on South Memorial Parkway. Carpooling will be at 4:30 pm in the UC Parking lot. Bowling will start around 5 pm. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Hannah Bryant at either firstname.lastname@example.org. Honors Housing is Changing! We are super excited to announce that both Honors floors will be located in Frank Franz Hall starting Fall 2013. Only Honors students and Nursing students will be housed in FFH. We're planning some really exciting things to make Honors Housing THE place to live! Stay tuned! Alabama Collegiate Honors Council Conference We are looking for student volunteers who would like to attend the Alabama Collegiate Honors Council Conference in Montogomery on February 22-23, 2013. This is a great opportunity to interact with other Honors students in the state and gain some valuable leadership experience within the Honors Program! American Shakespeare Center Performance Tickets The Honors Program has FREE tickets to the American Shakespeare Center performances on February 5, 6 and 7. There will be performances of William Shakespeare’s “Twelfth Night,” “Love’s Labour’s Lost” and “The Duchess of Malfi.” Pick up your tickets in the Honors Office (Morton 336). Honors Hot Topic! Honors Hot Topics with Dr. Jeff Nelson this Thursday (Jan. 31) at 6:30 pm in the Honors Lounge! He'll be discussing "Did Shakespeare really write Shakespeare?". By the way...we have free tickets to all 3 performances for Honors students...come by the Honors office to pick yours up! Honors Advisement Sophomores and Juniors!
