The Alumni-Donor Help Line was established to provide alumni and friends with one central telephone number for assistance regarding common questions and concerns. Alumni and friends are encouraged to contact this number for information regarding giving in support of UAH.

For assistance regarding:

- Making a credit card gift over the phone

- Concerns about a pledge reminder that you received in the mail

- Questions about a gift receipt or if you need a new receipt

- Questions about the processing of a credit card gift, a payroll deduction gift, or an on-line gift

- Concern over whether UAH has received your gift or when it was processed

- Gift giving history (for example, "How much have I donated this year?")

- Matching gifts

- General development information

For notification of:

- Change in marital status and/or name

- Change in home address/telephone number

- Change in business address information

- Adding an e-mail address

- Notification of the death of an alumnus/alumna
