The UAH Foundation welcomes your questions about the Foundation's operations and priorities, our work with potential donors, and our relationship to The University of Alabama in Huntsville. The UAH Foundation was established for the sole purpose of raising and managing gift funds for the benefit of UAH.

The UAH Foundation's financial statements are audited annually by independent auditors in accordance with auditing standards generally accapted in the United States.Its investment policies and practices are supervised by a committee of the UAH Foundation Board, made up of persons with expertise in financial management and investments.
