o    Apply for federal pin number for parent and student

o    Complete a Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA)

o    Add UAHuntsville’s School code (001055) to your FAFSA

o    Cost of Tuition

 

Loans Require 4 steps:

o    Terms and Conditions

Select financial aid/award/award for aid year/2013-2014, then choose Terms & Conditions tab

o    Accept award

Select financial aid/award/award for aid year/2013-2014, then choose Accept Award Offer tab (this is greyed until Terms and Conditions are accepted)

o    Master Promissory Note (MPN)  (this requires a federal pin number)

o    Entrance Counseling

 

Parent PLUS Loan requires 3 steps:

o  Submit PLUS Loan Application

o  Complete a Master Promissory Note  (valid up to 10 years)

o  Complete the Parent PLUS Authorization Form

(Must be submitted to the office of Student Financial Services, 212 University Center, Huntsville, AL 35899 or faxed to (256) 824-6212)
